- The Promotion will run as per the schedule mentioned above.
- Entry to the tourney is subject to the availability of the seats.
- Please log in at least 5 minutes before the tourney starts.
- The Winning amounts are fixed, as mentioned in the rewards section. The rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in any other form.
- Classic Rummy reserves the right to demand KYC verification, email, and mobile confirmation to disburse/deliver the winnings. Failing to do so also reserves the right to decline or disqualify from the winners list.
- Classic Rummy reserves the right to change, modify, or edit the tourney rules with or without prior information.
- If a player is suspected/caught engaging in unfair activities, they will not be eligible for the promotion/reward.
- If Classic Rummy finds collusion, unfair gameplay or practices, or fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any such Games and block the players from playing. The points/amounts involved in any such Games will stand canceled.
- Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- Classic Rummy can modify the declared winners if the winner is not reachable, responds, or confirms the necessary details asked to deliver the reward.
- Prices stated do not include any sales, use, or excise tax, GST, or any other tax, duty, or charge which is now in effect or may be hereafter imposed by any State or other authority. The winner shall pay all such taxes, duties, and other charges.
- 1 Please be informed that Nif et winnings (Winnings – wagering) are more than or equal to ₹ 10,000 (Winnings or Rewards); a TDS of 25% is applicable. We will issue a TDS certificate to all players before the end of the financial year. Players can use them to file their Income Tax Returns. However, we request that you provide us with your PAN card details.
- Compensation is only eligible if the winner claims the reward within 30 days of the winner’s announcement.
- All winners must be comfortable sharing the event pictures, testimonials & videos as required.
- All the pictures/videos/testimonials are the property of Classic Rummy Promotion. They are authorized to use any of these materials for publishing on the website or social media for advertising or marketing purposes.
